The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry port, making it a great choice for travelers planning to cross over to France. The large family rooms offer plenty of space, and the staff is attentive and accommodating. The cleaners are prompt in providing extra towels and the reception is quick to assist with any requests. Despite the hotel's slightly dated appearance, the beds are comfortable, allowing guests to get a good night's sleep.
Some guests have reported loud noises from outside the hotel at night, which can be disturbing for light sleepers.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal for those travelling to the ferry port, and the staff provide great service. I recently had a really good stay at a hotel in Portsmouth. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location near the ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfy beds to sleep on. The basic amenities were provided and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in terms of spare pillows and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast offered was also satisfying and a great way to start the day.
All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

The hotel we recently stayed at was perfect for our city break. It was located close to major attractions and transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The room was perfect for our needs and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the price was very reasonable and provided great value for our money.
There were a few small issues that detracted from our stay. the bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.
