          Great price for the location, that's the good things stop and affordable motel near the beach and the Wright Brothers memorial. Hotel was the best and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the towels were perfect and the free breakfast was well, free.

          The mattresses were old, the manager was very rude and the pool was dirty and we never saw anyone tend to.

          The room was clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the beach, the price, given the location and time of year, I found to be pretty good. The hotel was very nice, staff were great and breakfast had decent coffee. The pool was clean and well taken care of.

          The internet connection was spotty and the toilet lid was broken.
