The hotel is well-appointed and located in a very relaxing area next to a pier and beautiful waterfront. My room was bright and reasonably large with a nice view. Loved the excellent service at the restaurant. Highly recommended for a vacation.

The location is magnificent and they have parking onsite.

The restaurant here was fantastic with a reasonable price, we both ordered hot dishes. The bedroom was comfy and every detail was perfect.

It was a joy spending time in the decent size and contemporary room with sumptuous linens and the view of the hotel's restaurant. The location was fantastic, just off a beautiful waterfront, numerous restaurants and stores and Niagara Falls and Toronto.

It had not so good views.

A decent size and contemporary room with extra "coffee table " slides into sofa and the condition, for example. Quick check in and late check out. Downstairs bar and nice pool. Amazing and beautiful location, beautiful beach.

The location here is just amazing! It's right by the hostess area and close to all the downtown stores 🛍️. The facilities are very nice, and you can easily walk to the lake, pier, and park nearby.

The room was comfy, and we had an incredibly beautiful view of the lake. The location was perfect, short walk to the night club and a walking path and pubs shops and eatery, s and excellent resteraunts, in a relaxing area.

The hotel is well-appointed and bright, it has EXCELLENT CO-OPERATING staff with great service.

Views are not so good.

The location was magnificent and beautiful on several ports. We were offered a good hot and traditional breakfast with great views and the "plastic egg ", as example.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location adjacent to many areas with benches to enjoy the view and restaurants and shoppes.

The room was nicely decorated, with a guest bathroom, small refrigerator, and coffee, while the staff was friendly and attentive throughout.

The room was pet-friendly and decent sized in general, with a great view. Climate control, multi-channel television, and a seating area turned out to be good. The location was lovely - right by fantastic vibrant boardwalk, the Art Gallery and Close to walk to restaurants.

Reasonably clean hotel, the staff was overall very helpful.

My stay was really good on a previous visit too. I booked king room with shower, view to the Park, for instance. I appreciated the hotel overall.

Great location, close to downtown. Good customer service, with special view arrangements. Room had blackout shades and allowed for a later checkout. Clean accommodations and enjoyable pool area.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, though everything was nice. Central heating, iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities inside the queen room were handy.
