All the staff was great and pleasant, resolved my issues. The hotel was in an awesome location just next door to restaurants, restaurants on the main strip, and mt rushmore and other attractions. Moreover, it was near National Presidential Wax Museum.

We really enjoyed it. The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a beautiful area, really close to shops and restaurants and many restaurants and Close to Mount Rushmore. The food was GOOD and there were good choice of dishes in the menu. The location was excellent - ease of access to a miniature golf course.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area close to attractions and dining options. The room was clean and quiet, making for a great stay. The staff was wonderful, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The service was good, including a fast check-in. The setting was good, very close to surrounding area attractions, the boardwalk, and many restaurants and shops. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, multi-channel television and a writing desk in the a double room.

I recently stayed at the Magnuson Grand in the Black Hills for a few nights. The location was perfect, with easy access to town and plenty of activities. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to see and do. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The restaurant next door served delicious home-cooked meals, and there was good security at night. a fantastic place to stay!

The rooms have amazing views and come equipped with a microwave and shower, there is a diverse selection of delicious food options available for meals, the check-in process is quick, and the staff members are friendly and helpful.

The location of this cute hotel was absolutely jaw-dropping! It was so close to all the conveniences we needed, including food options and a variety of activities such as hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, and horseback riding. And, oh my goodness, the view of Rushmore at night was mind-blowing! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even personally called us when we were running late for check-in to make sure we were okay. When the water heater went out in the morning, the owner personally checked on each room and provided updates on the repair time. It was fixed in just one hour! The hotel was clean, family-friendly, and had comfortable rooms with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. The elevator made it easy to access our room on the upper floors, and the on-site car park was very convenient. We also appreciated the picnic area and tables for some outdoor relaxation. The fact that it is a non-smoking property was a super bonus. our experience at this hotel was simply amazing, and we would definitely book here again for any future trips!

This place is nice with a good home base for exploring, and the reasonably spacious room faces the mountain.

Cute hotel located just off several attractions and the fun activities and sites and recreation in the area. Great location to the convenience store, and 5 minute walk from Dahl's Chainsaw Art.

Convenient location with a view of Mount Rushmore, ample parking spots available. Housekeeping staff accommodating and pleasant. Nearby café for hot breakfast. Clean, comfortable beds, coffee maker in room. Great value for the price. Helpful and attentive host.
