  Good location to beach and the front desk was also helpful in getting us a cab. The hotel staff were friendly to us, the room was big and thankfully not carpeted, the food was exquisite.

  The sheets were not even clean sheets, half the facilities listed were not available.

  Fabulous value for the area and near the beach. Not your ultimate romantic place, the building needed a good cleaning, painting, and debugging, satisfied for the price. Long distance and nice staff. Room was clean.

  The beach area is spacious, the hotel also has a free shuttle to Sobe and the Aventura Mall, staff is friendly enough. Good beds/sheets/pillows pretty red head wood pecker lives against my window, the music is wonderful and the heated pool is only sometimes warm.

  And location is great, the beach is clean, white sand and uncrowded, this hotel is a good value option to see local sights. The rooms are clean resonably.

  The staff there are all jerks and very rude, the kitchenette is filthy.

  Great beach on the doorstep and very nice location. Excellent value for money, good prices and the staff were pleasant and courteous at all times. Our room had 2 double beds were comfortable.

  I liked that the facility was right on the beach amongst the skyscrapers, the room was clean and we had a partial ocean view, this hotel was not bad at all. The staff were friendly, hot water in the shower was almost non existent and the Fish'n'Chips I had were good and my rum runner was great and affordable.

  Max, our beach attendant was nice, i liked the location and price of hotel thats i made reservations, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Towels were very clean and the bed comfortable, the pizza was about as good as Papa John's.

  The ocean and sandy beach were perfect, this place was the worst experience of my life, on a positive note, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The shower was clean, hot and good.

  Second, the beach is absolutely gorgeous and location is great. This hotel fit us just fine, the food drinks are good.

  And the staff is very unprofessional and rude, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

  The area is just great, the location is the only good thing about this hotel.

  The bed springs popped every time you moved and didn't move, the coffee maker is repulsive.
