  Clean rooms and facility, excellent Smittys Restaurant.

  Pool area is disgusting and the entire hotel just looks like needs a facelift.

  The location was good, hotel was clean and the lobby was ok and the staff were very nice. The clerks at the front desk were very helpful and managers were friendly. The beds were comfortable and the fridge was family sized. S restaurant was fabulous and pool was great for my 4 years old.

  Great location to the mall and a quick drive to the West Edmonton Mall. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in, the price is really cheap and the rooms are also kind of blah and need new decorations. Staff are very helpful and i loved the hot tub to soak in.

  Good location, great Stay and i liked having smittys restaurant in the building. Definitely worth the money and staff are friendly. The room is clean and the receptionists are warm and freindly. Clorine in pool must be above legal limits.

  Smitty's restaurant on site was great for breakfast, the hotel was budget friendly and staff were very good and the Smitty'. The room was secure.

  The water park sucked, the pool was dirty, and the hot tub was too hot and dirty, the elevator was old.

  The road through the city was very easy to get there, hotel was quiet and peaceful, the value was good and the service was prompt and friendly. The rooms were fairly clean.

  Liked the location as was close to West Edmonton Mall and also the shower was very nice for a hotel. The staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Service and speed in restaurant was the best we've had in ages.
