Good service and great location
I recently stayed at a private room in Krakow and I was pleased with the great service I received from the staff. They were very helpful with any questions we had and even offered to assist with our laundry when the water supply was temporarily turned off. , the location of the room was really convenient- just a short walk from several key attractions and the tram system. the room had free WiFi and breakfast.
Although I liked the convenience and service at the private room, I wasn't impressed with the basic amenities provided. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too small and flat.

The hostel has a prime location, just a short walk away from the main attractions in the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing city guides, maps, and even a free tour. Another advantage is the cleanliness of the hostel, especially the bathrooms.
The hostel lacks soundproofing, which can be a problem when it's busy and noisy in the common areas during breakfast or in the evenings. This might affect the quality of sleep for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the main old town square and the castle. The hotel was in a quiet area, but still close to the city's attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and a spacious common area where we could relax and cook our meals. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a nice touch, offering a variety of options.

We stayed at a hostel that was perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short 8-10 minute walk to all the main sights. It was so convenient being central to everything. We were really close to the castle, which made exploring it a breeze. The room we stayed in was large and spacious, with a big window that provided a nice view of the street. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. The staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even provided a free breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The hostel had a communal lounge area where we could relax and hang out, and there were plenty of facilities like a computer, free Wi-Fi, and even a record player. our experience at the hostel was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.
That the hostel had limited availability for guided tours, but the staff did their best to accommodate us.
