Traveller'S Inn - Downtown

I think value is very good - We picked this primarily because of the location.

Very good location and handy to walk to restaurants.

The location leaves a little to be desired as this city has a lot of social problems with homeless people, drug users and people with mental illness.

This Inn is well located for foot travel to all destinations in downtown Victoria and the desk personnel were helpful in setting up tours to Vancouver Island destinations.

We arrived at the ferry terminal and called the number posted at the terminal for the "free " shuttle and was told "why are you calling this number " finally, since no shuttle came, we took a taxi which the hotel paid for.

Loved the room, the bed was so comfortable and the curtain was great (kept out the light).

That first day our room was cleaned but it looked like someone had occupied the bed afterward.

Bed was broken, and we were not able to make changes to room directly with hotel.

The room was clean and we felt well rested - large, comfortable beds.

Our room was spacious with 2 king beds and we had all we needed for a short 2 night stay.

To add one positive comment it was walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We were in close proximity to down town Victoria and the front desk clerk referred us to excellent restaurant.

And the free continental breakfast saved us money.

After we had breakfast and stood waiting for our shuttle we were offered a free night, which was a safe bet since we were leaving.

And if u want their free continental breakfast better wake up at 7 and go down.

The staff was efficient and courteous - both room staff and front desk personnel.

The staff starting from the front desk throughout the hotel were courteous, friendly and very accomodating.

All the front desk staff were very friendly and curtieous.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient.

This hotel was completely sufficient for staying a few nights Free parking,Shuttle,Free Internet in the lobby,FANTASTIC front staff very hospitable and really nice.

As there was so many of us we parked at the hotel for free and just used the free shuttle to downtown so we did not have to pay for parking.

Ben, Cynthia, Justin & housekeeping :0) made my stay enjoyable.

Very clean room, enjoyable friendly staff, comfortable enviroment.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms were and how well they were maintained during my 3-day stay.

Room was quite small, but all Linens were clean and again it was only $50.

The rooms were clean, quiet and well serviced.

Our stay at this hotel was in June and we found the place relaxing, friendly - clean room.
