Excellent service: From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff at the front desk ensured I had everything I needed during my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist.
Manual elevator quirks: The only minor issue I encountered was with the manual elevator. There were times when it seemed a bit finicky and required the previous user to close both doors properly.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and elegant artwork created a cozy and nostalgic ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and full of character, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The staff was more than happy to assist me with my luggage, and there were handrails in the hallways and elevator, providing me with extra support as I navigated the hotel.
The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation experience for senior people is a larger sign at the hotel entrance. It was a bit difficult to locate the hotel at first, especially for someone like me who isn't as familiar with modern technology.

This hotel in Rome is a hidden gem! The value for money is excellent, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms and common areas is impressive, with spotless cleanliness and daily housekeeping. I particularly loved the small kitchen in the rooms, which came in handy for preparing small meals. And let's not forget about the great location in a vibrant area, close to transportation options and within walking distance of many attractions.
Everything was fantastic, no improvements needed.

What a treat! An Italian breakfast to die for - one croissant and one toast from a multipack. And the extra "snacks" and "water" were just a bonus, because who needs those, right? But hey, the room was clean and the staff were somewhat helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Trastevere Chic! The room was clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The comfortable mattress ensured a restful night's sleep. Although the shower space was a bit tight for larger individuals, the bathroom was a good size. We loved the 24-hour availability of coffee and pastries, and Andrea, the owner, was incredibly helpful. He even allowed us to check in early since we arrived in the morning. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation that took us to Piazza Venezia in just a few minutes.
Couldn't find any faults at all. 😊

Trastevere Chic in Rome was the ideal hotel for my recent business trip, as it was handpicked by my director.
The kitchen looked appealing, but unfortunately, there were no bowls available to make use of the microwave.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is easy to go to the center of Rome with the tram, and the train station is just a short walk away. The rooms are bright and clean, with daily towel and bedsheet replacements. The bathroom is in excellent condition and there is even a safe deposit in the room. The hotel manager is very responsive and accommodating, offering great customer service.
The breakfast options were scarce, with only packed croissants and cookies available.

The staff was great! They were very accommodating and waited for us even though our flight was delayed. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation options like trains, trams, and buses. And the coffee machine was a lifesaver, providing us with fresh espresso every morning.
Finding the place was a bit difficult, especially since we didn't know the city well. It would have been helpful if the hotel was advertised as a guest house and not a hotel.

We stayed at Trastevere Chic for 3 nights during our visit to Rome. Adele, our contact at the hotel, was amazing with communication and gave us great recommendations for dining. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, and the AC was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Leaving our luggage in the communal area after checking out was convenient. The vouchers for Cafe Banno were a wonderful bonus, with delicious coffee and pastries just a short walk away. Great value for money, and we would definitely book here again.
Would recommend this hotel.
