The best thing about this hotel is that they serve great food, followed by its centralised location, you can easily go to any place since its almost right smack in the middle of all the good food ^^
The only part that i didnt like is you gotta climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the lift, but its not much of a big deal until you have too much to drink.

The staff were very polite and courteous, always greeted you on arrival in reception. The balcony overlooking the local area was nice to sit and relax on in the evening prior to going out or watching the electrical storms over the city.

Staff were helpful, a $2 tuk tuk ride from all the main areas, palace, pagoda, genocide museum, etc. A solid base to explore all this wonderful city has to offer
On our first night the staff were fairly distracted by a large party in the restaurant which made organizing our onward travel with them awkward, but they were still very friendly and pleasant to deal with

The rooms were clean and the hotel secure. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was quite good. Close to the main market so the neighbourhood felt less touristic than the riverside area.
Although there is a lift, you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to it. The hotel is a bit of a long walk from the riverside area, if you want to eat and hang out with the tourists.

The breakfast menu was good, including eggs and toast. The staff were nice and accommodating.
The noise from the main street at night was really disturbing. The cleanliness of the room could have been better.

The food in the restaurant was great and cheap. Attentive personnel, overall a pleasant stay. Excellent for the price!
Dirty towels and bed clothing, nothing serious though, just not impolute. Noisy at night, there's a karaoke bar just below. Not really a hotel problem, but might bother some.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. Best aspects included the cleanliness of the rooms, the helpfulness of the staff, the convenient location, and the delicious breakfast options. The rooms were spacious and tidy, making our stay comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with any queries or requests we had. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast served was delightful, with a variety of options that included eggs and toast, satisfying our morning hunger.
It was all superb.

the people working there were extremly nice and it was a good place to get some sleep after lots of walking. we enjoyed the balcony to look out in the evening at the craziness outside. and even though the street was a bit loud it would quiet down around midnight and we slept just fine. Its not in the touristy area but we chose it because of that fact and because its near the bus station and the central market.
for the price we have no complaints. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs just in case the bar on the corner is rocking. they might want to offer another western breakfast selection such as pancakes or a fuit plate with a bagel or cresant. I had noodles each morning and it seemd a bit heavy on my stomach that early.

the hotel has a good appearance from outside.
1. the hotel is noisy because the restaurant opposite to it; 2. not so clear; 3. the price is expensive compared to its conditions.

the breakfast provided was delicious, with eggs and toast being a personal favorite. An added plus point was the helpful and friendly staff that made the stay more pleasant.
The noisy street outside disturbed peaceful sleeping at night. , the bathrooms were tiny, and the toilet seats were placed too close to the wall.
