The hotel had excellent facilities with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of items to choose from. The staff were helpful and attentive. The hotel was in a good location, close to downtown and transportation.

The location of this bed and breakfast is perfect, away from the main shops but still close to downtown. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with lovely touches like complimentary water and cookies. The hosts were exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering afternoon tea and a complimentary port in the conservatory. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious, with special care taken for dietary restrictions. The common areas were elegant and perfect for relaxing. We even heard there's a woodfire in the after-dinner retreat!
The weather during our stay didn't allow us to see the Fairy Penguins we had hoped to, but that was out of the hotel's control.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The room was absolutely gorgeous and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the classy common lounge areas, especially the cozy fireplace. The breakfast provided was simply delicious, with a wide variety of options including cereals, juices, yogurts, fresh fruit. The attention to detail and quality service truly enhanced our experience. We can't wait to return and experience this venue again. Highly recommended for families looking for a tranquil and exceptional stay.

Located near stunning beaches and ideal for day trips, this accommodation is set in a beautiful park area. The breakfast was delicious and provided a great opportunity to chat with fellow guests. We were impressed by the unexpected touches, including afternoon tea, a comfy lounge, and a sunny courtyard.
The small size of the room's window left us feeling slightly claustrophobic during our stay. However, we found this manageable for a one-night stay.
