We booked the vacation directly over the hotel website, which requires full payment at booking.
We stayed in Villa #71, three bedroom great location very close to pool & putting green area.
In a great location, beautiful beach and the relatively fine quality of construction.
Room near a very nice beach, a beautiful location and good place to watch the sunset.
We didn't have any complaints about noise from the highway or airport.
On our way back to the airport we did make a stop in the Everglades.
Bedrooms were small (king size bed overpowered the master room), but overall the villa was far superior to having a family of 4 in one or two hotel rooms.
Con's master bathroom small and 3rd bedroom small-3rd bed no dresser.
The master bedroom's bathroom is literally right next to the bed, so forget privacy.
Clean towels & bathroom supplies & trash taken every morning if you set you dirty stiff out and were always available in the morning if you asked for them; beds & rooms get cleaned on the third nite.
Yes, there's not a ton of room on the sides of the master bed, but that's because it's a huge, king-size bed set up to face the flat-screen tv with dvd.
The food from the Tiki Bar as well as the drinks were great, however we found them a little pricey (didn't eat at the restaurant).
On the beach the Tiki bar is a great place to enjoy a sundowner or two and the restaurant simply the best place we ate in the Keys.
We had breakfast,lunch&dinner everyday @ The Butterfly cafe & out @ the Tiki bar.
Need to book restaurant in advance, but complimentary DVD rentals, local food delivery outlets and the beachside TIKI bar are welcome alternatives.
We didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't comment there, but we did use the Tiki Bar and the activities table for water sports.
The staff, especially the front desk staff, was extremely helpful and friendly.
Reception staff - Bob and a girl whose name unfortunatlely we did not get were so pleasant and helpful.
You will find a pool, a beach, an exercise room, a spa, and a tiki bar.
We recommend getting a cottage either directly on the "beach" or across from the pool on the Tikki hut side, as there are some cottages that face the parking lot (and highway).
We walked by the garden area that is under construction - a second pool and mini golf is in the works.
There was daily housekeeping, wireless high-speed internet (found great activities, pizza delivery in seconds!
Their advertising crows about free high speed wireless internet connections throughout the resort.
Room was clean, gounds were well kept up.
The staff was great, our room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
The house was clean, staff at check in were fantastic efficient and welcoming, they room was comfortable and huge.
The onsite workout room is small but nice and had new, clean equipment.
The rooms were very clean and well equipped.
