Views available from roof terrace-location was excellent, the staff at this hotel had huge chips on their shoulders and the service was much better.
The location is fantastic for sightseeing, the hotel is one of the best located hotels in London and the front desk clerk Victoria is especially great.
Rooftop bar is excellent, the gym is great.

Great staff, friendly, lovely rooms and free WiFi there and only cost me a drink.
