Charles
There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge in the room, liked that. Pleased it had a bathtub. The location couldn't be more exceptionally nice in an old Vegas casino.

Its location alternative to trying to sleep in the airport was nice. The room was a nice size, and the bed was comfy, I liked it. Staff were very efficient...

Although the neighborhood is not so great, this hotel was excellent for our needs. We were there for 1 night before we caught our flight home. Yes, there were planes, sirens, etc., but the overall atmosphere was suberb. There was lots of staff to answer questions, get extra towels & cleaning. Our room was spotless - the beds were comfortable, lots of hot water, terrific room service. We used the pool, laundry, bar & room services - everything was as good or better than the 4 star hotel we had stayed in during our trip. We were very impressed & delighted with this hotel.
The only reccommendation I would make is to have draperies that darken the rooms more. Our room had sheers with light cotton panels & it wasn't as dark as we would have liked. However, that was a minor detail & it would not stop us from booking at this hotel in the future.

It's a good hostel for people catching plane, which has a good location and fair price. I made a mistake and booked a suite...oh acctually i'm just a backpacker, but that's good, give me a chance to have a rest, and the bell call is very useful. I can have a free champin as well, and it's easy to borrow a hairdryer and book the free shuttle bus. There are JackInTheBox, BurgerKing, Yoshinoya nearby, so it's easy to get food=)

Well. The hotel had everything we needed. Close to airport with free pickup, complimentary muffins for breakfast and complimentary brunch. We had come for an exam, so, we appreciated that the hotel was not much noisy. The rooms were clean and comfortable also.
The location. Nothing of worth is nearby. They provide a free ride to nearby manhattan beach everyday, though.

I booked two rooms for myself, my daughter, son-in-law and their two daughters. We arrived in middle of night and were told that only one room was available for us, as there had been a mistake. We were told all rooms were fully booked now. It was some time before I could persuade staff to find us alternative accomodation. The requested pillows were not brought to us for 1/2 an hour.

Pricing was good affordable. Good location close to LAX and Loyola Marymount University.
Parking lot is too SMALL. Very hard to park car. Took me 30 minutes to finally get parking space in reserved parking lot. Hotel Clerk forgot I was waiting for her to open door and I had to call her to remind her. She said she forgot. I talked to her 5 minutes prior to my calling her.
