It had excellent and unbeatable location, the place was not too far from Santiago De La Ribera city centre. Friendly service was provided.

Reasonably clean and gorgeous hotel, very amiable staff and very clean beds. A mini-refrigerator and climate control available in the queen room. Perfect location to beachfront, easy to get anywhere. Near to the airport in about 30 minutes as well as the cafeteria/ restaurant.

The location in a beautiful area was lovely and there were shops and a market nearby. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was welcoming.

The food was fine and served in the restaurant. Spotlessly clean and functional units with the bathroom, and the staff were pleasant. The location was fab for Santiago De La Ribera, near the beach and the airport. Also, we saw a public beach, based not too far from the venue.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was excellent. The hotel had welcoming staff members. The setting was particularly good and unbeatable, close enough to airport, restaurants and bars, shops, beach, bus stops, cafes and beach and downtown. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Playa de el Pescador.

Booked guest room, that included an individual safe, climate control and a work desk. The staff were exceptional and the setting was marvellous and lovely.

The room was air-conditioned and neat with towels, had essentials required. The location was magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a public beach.

The value for money at Trabuco was excellent, with lots of added extras like a swimming pool and free in-room safe. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were fabulously friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could have been better - when we arrived at the restaurant, the tables were clean and the kitchen plates were empty. It would have been helpful if someone had explained the breakfast options to us and ensured that everything was prepared on time.

This hotel was exceptional value. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very basic however the price is so cheap that any breakfast was a bonus. They did give you freshly squeezed orange juice which was a bonus along with coffee and toast.

I had loaded euros on a special card to pay for the hotel and other hotels I was visiting. I was shocked when I went to pay with this card, the hotel had taken the whole lot from the card I had booked with, my english current account. This is not the deal. They should only use that card if there is no show. With a pre loaded euro card you are unable to use on line hence I secured the booking with my english visa card. I was very shocked as I stayed more than one night and advised that his could put me over drawn in my current account and that I had a pre loaded card (cash passport) to pay for hotels. Its unlikely I will use this hotel again as they had no right to take automatically the money from my account. This worried me a alot. It could have caused me to become overdrawn. Booked.net can you investigate why the money was taken automatically when I should have paid when I left and it would have been my cash passport card. Thank you.

It was so easily accessible from the airport and local transport . a nice Spanish welcome and great food and tapas always available .

The queen room with balcony, the bathroom, for example. Excellent location at a walking distance from a public beach. Situated in a beautiful area.
