Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, convenient skybridge, late checkout option.

Friendly staff at reception, a bit English was spoken (not much though). Very close to jr station (incl. Shinkansen). Room was okay for the price and it wasn't too small (compared to other hotels in Japan).

Check-in time 4 P.M. is too late. I'm pretty sure the hotel wasn't fully booked and there wasn't a room ready at 2 P.M. Had to hurry because I attended an event in the evening.

Right next to the train station for quick stopover.

Bed was really uncomfortable, and room was very small. No Wifi in rooms. Breakfast was also very basic with no choice at all.

Staying here was a great experience. The hotel's location was superb as it was right next to the rail station, making it incredibly easy for me to get around this city. Additionally, I found everything to be very clean and well-maintained during my stay. The hotel facilities were also impressive, especially the breakfast which was quite satisfying. Finally, I found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful whenever I needed anything.
