All areas of our room were very clean and decor was beautiful and the flat screen TV was HD. The rate we paid for ea and staff were great. The bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast was nice and was well replenished, checkout was fast and efficient. Pool was cool and refreshing.

Good location, very nice place and the halls and lobby were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable, the continental breakfast had a generous selection. The pool was lovely, not crowded.

The area had a number of good restaurants, and of course, shopping, the hotel smelled fresh in the lobby and in the room. The staff were very helpful, our King studio suite was very spacious and spotlessly clean, continental breakfast had nice range of choices.

The bed was comfortable and the location is convenient to shopping, great Hotel Close to All Erie Attractions, the staff is wonderful. Bathroom is very large, tea and coffee is always available.

Location was ideal for shopping and easy walking distance to mall, the place was beautiful, clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, the breakfast was delightful and shopped at Wegman's for dinner and had a nice evening.

Great place to stay, courteous Caring Staff and the room was clean , and the pool was in service. The breakfast was very simple.

The rate of $129 was actually low for this area and the mattress was essentially worn out and should have been replaced.
