Town & Country Resort San Diego - 圣迭戈

Great location near, but not too close to the swimming pools and surrounded by the gorgeous flower beds.

Very convenient location as it was very close to the freeway, which provided easy access to and from the hotel.

Only had one night to spend in San Diego so I was glad we chose this location.

Cab ride from the airport was only 10 minutes.

The sheets did not fit the bed, room sevice was left outside our door for 36 hours, beds were way too hard, noisy - very small room, took 20 mins to run a bath and the shower offered little more than a dribble!

The first night I got there, they stated that we would be put in to a suite with a couch bed (translation: semisuite) and that we would have to leave the room the next day and move into a regular room.

The next room was a "suite" that included a couch, but no bed.

There was also the armoire with TV, bed tables and both floor and table lamps in various locations around the room that provided good lighting.

700 teenagers, no cable changed room next night after a long day at sea world to a room with NO BED!

Trellises restaurant had delicious pancakes and hot coffee for breakfast.

You have a choice of restaurants on the property plus a breakfast/lunch trolley.

We went to the little bar on the property and it was kinda lame, but the breakfast buffet was good.

This hotel has restaurants on site, the price for breakfast was approx.

Pluses: great pools (several of them) to lounge by and swim in; lots of beautiful palm trees; several restaurants on the grounds to walk to to eat at; and, if you like to shop, a very nice shopping mall you can walk to, located behind the Hotel.

This included the front desk, cleaning and other support people, restaurant staff, concierge staff, conference center people, as well as several higher level managers we encountered and talked with one day.

It is, funny to say, a labyrinth of twists and turns (and actually a dead end in one area between the pool/check in lobby) which makes you feel like you are in Frances Hodgson Burnett's "The Secret Garden" rather than a hotel resort.

Yes, there's a gym, but you need to purchase a $10 per day spa membership to use the gym.

There is a really fancy spa with a nice fitness center too.

Wireless internet is available for $10/day.

I mention that there's a charge to use their wireless?

Given that a rinse was all it took to clean out the sand, it was clear that the maids had not bothered to rinse the tub, let alone properly clean it, even between guests.

Rooms are clean and beverage out lets maintain they excellent service.

From the gorgeous setting to a pleasant, clean room, to a very attentive staff.

The rooms do show their age, but mine was very clean which is all I care about.
