  Good staff & location and convenient for station and city. Very nice and clean place, the Tourist House Liberty checked all the boxes, AND the people were great, the front desk people that we met were very accommodating. My room was the worst and receptionists were really frienly and helpful.

  We liked the location, gr8 bar just on the corner of the street and the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Personnel is very kind and helpfull, room is clean, the breakfast is good.

  Clean, comfortable, central location and nice stay. Bus stop in front of the building and excellent price. Room was sort of old fasioned style and was clean, reception was helpful and friendly.

  The location is not bad, hotel is situated near the duome of Firenze and the staff here are really attractive and helpful.

  Street numbers are not clear, breakfast is weak and the rooms are old.

  The location is great, the one lady owns and runs the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

  The staff is not that nice and my room didnt have a mirror in the bedroom only in the bathroom.

  Clean, great location and nice stay. Reasonable price, gentle staff and the owner was modestly charming, helpful and available. The breakfast room service was definitely worth the few extra euros.
