  Surroundings were exceptionally good and night view of the hotel was great. Staff were very helpfull and room service was punctual and friendly. Food was awesome, we opted for the meal plan at dinner and was not at all worth the money, the facilities delivered by the resort were excellent.

  Excellent view and great service, same problem in a wonderful beach in Goa. Nice quality of food and supportive staff. The rooms were comfortable.

  Beautiful location irritating service and one of the The Best Property in the Town. Wonderful place to stay, staff are very attentive to guests and all the rooms are cosy and having the basic amenties in. The toilets are clean and thats about, the food is reasonably good at the buffets for most meals.

  The location is really good and the best place to stay in Shimla is toshali. Service is prompt and excellent, the bathroom is spotlessly clean. The food is awesome.

  The interiors of the room are in bad shape and poor, toilet is worst.

  The position is superb just 2 min walk above the mall, taxis are easily available from outside the hotel and about the service inside the resort, I would say is very good. The food can be improved.

  No one in a position to take any kind of decision and well, its quite a decent place for a weekend getaway. Staff members are very polite, rooms are excellent the Room service outstanding and the food at best is OK.

  Excellent view, lovely stay and the staff is as a rule q friendly and helpful, and we had no complaints on that regard. Room and services are good, food spread is normal,nothing great.
