Hotel Torrequebrada Benalmadena - Benalmádena

The beach looks good, a very pleasant tapas bar within walking distance and ideal location to exlore Benalmadena.

The location is great, tIP*** the hotel is designed as two 11 floor towers - one facing Malaga and its very friendly staff all speak English.

The location was far away from the main part of town.

Taxi's wait outside the hotel so there's never a shortage and i believe buses go from there as well.

The hotel is ideally situated on the coast between Benalmadena and Fuengerola just 20 minutes from Malaga International Airport.

Our room had an extra put me up bed for my neice and where the extra bed was, there was no room to walk down the side of the bed at all, so we had three beds in a row with no space.

Friendly staff, good sized room, huge super king bed, his/her bathroom basins.

The room was a good size with a huge king-size bed and outside balcony with table and chairs ideal for eating room-service breakfast overlooking the wonderful view of the Mediteranean Sea.

The bathroom was a good size but lacked any ventilation so following a shower/bath the whole room became steamed up.

5yrs put us on 8th floor twin room with a camp bed!

There is a supermarket nearby and a great beach bar for lunch and a restaurant called La Carla all within five mins walk, otherwise its a 5 euros taxi ride down to the main stretch of bars and restaurants.

There were a number of other restaurants and bars at the hotel that we didn't eat at but by all accounts the lavish Chinese/Japanese restaurant is outstanding.

The hotel has a beautiful large dining area for breakfast, overlooking the attractive grounds and the ocean, and a smaller restaurant for dinner.

If you keep walking down the main road then you will come to a roundabout with a McDonalds on it, just past there are two great places to eat, the 1st is Bar 76 where we ate 3 times, great service and food.

Food was average at best - we had breakfast and lunch at the hotel every day, with buffet dinner and gala meal on the first and last evenings.

Most staff were very friendly in the Spanish way (waiters were priceless and very sweet), some were very unfriendly in the Spanish way (front desk manager is anachronistically anti-tourism, or so it seemed).

We found the concierge and the front desk personnel be be consistently friendly and helpful during our five-day stay.

The concierge staff were very helpful and spoke good english.

There is also a sauna and a very small gym.

If you dont get one round the pool there are loads in the garden area no more than 250 yards from the pool!

The Hotel has lovely outdoor pool and garden area, but if you vernture.

Had Junior Suite which was great and kept very clean.

The rooms are more on par with a 3 to 4 star but very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The view was amazing and the room was immaculately clean as were all the public areas of the hotel.

The room was clean and the Asian restaurant in particular was excellent.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was the best.
