Unprofessional staff!

This hotel boasts a stunning location, surrounded by a picturesque golf course with jaw-dropping views of the mountains. it's conveniently situated close to the Emporda wineries and the Girona area. The rooms offer nice views, the breakfast is good with a large selection, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Enjoy the beautiful spa facilities and the great restaurant on site.

Some of the waiting and bar staff seemed ineffective and rude, reducing some guests to tears in the past, which can negatively impact the overall experience.

Very nice golf course. We'll be back. Location not far away from the worth seeing Dali Museum.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on a golf course with stunning views of the mountains in the background was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The service here was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping staff was attentive and made sure our room was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, which added a nice touch to our stay.

The hotel is located directly in a golf course. The rooms are partially barrier-free. The rooms are well equipped. The baths are a bit outdated. Very friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast buffet was good and sufficient.

We had not reserved a table for dinner and were not supposed to get a table until 10 pm. The staff at the bar spoke only Spanish and so there were communication problems.

The staff at the hotel were superb, friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent too, particularly the daily Gourmet dinner was excellent value for money and delicious. It was a very relaxing three days which we needed.

The hotel had a stunning setting with beautiful grounds and lovely pool area. The rooms were comfortable and clean with incredible views. The complementary cava at breakfast was a great touch and the staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly helpful in giving information about local restaurants. The half board option was good value for the money and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

The bar staff need to improve their service and manners, especially the younger ones. We also found out too late that the golf course had temporary greens and was shared with too many beginners, which spoiled our enjoyment.

It was very quiet and a lot of greenery. Figueras is near by - 10 minutes drive and it opened many options for a traveller in this area.

The value for money was fantastic, the room was clean and spacious with great amenities. The location was peaceful and the staff treated us with exceptional hospitality.

Booked only because we went to a wedding which was at the hotel, room was big and looked lovely.

we had a room on the ground floor with a patio onto the swimming pool area, there was a party there on the night we arrived which went on until about midnight, even though the patio doors had double glazing we could hear everything from the party, then when it finished, they were in the corridors walking up and down and shouting at each other, at 2.30 am I phoned reception and asked them to sort it out, which they did. 7am golfers start trollys down corridor. linked door to make it a family room and could hear all talk through that door - soundproofing needed. breakfast limited and aimed at N europeans not UK I only had croissants. Our key card stopped working and we had to ask reception to let us into our room but eventually fixed.
