Last Christmas, I stayed in a hidden gem among the woods a short distance from the city. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located next to a free car park. The atmosphere was peaceful and charming thanks to the beautiful Christmas lights hanging outside the house. The room was small but cosy and comfortable. The hearty breakfast included delicious, homemade pastries, cereals, and a range of fresh fruit. There was even a selection of teas to choose from. I also loved the fact that the hotel is environmentally conscious, with water-saving toilets.

The room had a shared bathroom which was a bit of a hassle since there was a queue in the mornings and the shower and toilets were in the same room.

The owner was very friendly and the room was adorable. This hotel is basically a house in the middle of the woods near hiking and horse back riding trails. Very lovely, but away from the city. There were homemade breads at breakfast and we felt very welcome.

We thought we had booked a room with a bathroom, but ended up with a shared bathroom and shower. I don't know how this happened with Booked.net. He couldn't change rooms for us because he was full.

Designed with simplicity. No disturbance. Cleanliness. Location, out skirt area of Goteborg, slightly inside the forest, you need to go through the parking lot on main street.

The sense of hosting was missing.

My Christmas stay in this B&B was amazing. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the city center, yet in a quiet and peaceful forest area. I felt like I was in a winter wonderland with the snow covering the trees and the charming Christmas lights. The breakfast was a real treat, offering a hearty selection of fresh homemade bread, delicious jams, and tasty pastries. Plus, the coffee was top-notch and available 24 hours a day.

The room was a bit small, but cozy and well-furnished. However, the shared bathroom was a downside, with only one shower and toilet in the same area, which caused a long queue in the morning.

Free WiFi, friendly and helpful staff, free parking lot. Good breakfast.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location in the perfect park setting provided a peaceful and idyllic atmosphere, allowing us to fully unwind and relax.

All was well at this hotel, no improvements needed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful bed & breakfast nestled within a beautiful country park. The location was perfect, just a tram ride away from the city center and a short walk from the tram stop. The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful forest, offering a serene and idyllic setting. The rooms were tastefully decorated and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms, though small, were well-equipped with hot water and a powerful shower. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the pretty crockery used during breakfast to the warm and friendly service provided by the staff. Speaking of breakfast, the homemade bread was a highlight, along with a variety of homemade jams that were simply delicious. The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the stunning park location.

All in all, my stay was wonderful and there was nothing that I felt could have been improved upon.

I found Torpet Mon to be a lovely, relaxed and friendly hotel. It is very warm, comfortable and provides an excellent breakfast each morning. It is also in a great woodland location which is perfect for walking, running, birdwatching etc. As well as all of this it is also very easy to reach the city from there. All in all I had a very pleasant stay and would certainly return.

Room was lovely, very tidy. Extra efforts had been made to feel guests welcome, with chocolate on the bed, drinks and snacks in the room. Bathroom was spotless, looked like new, with nice products available to use. Bed in the room was extremely comfortable to sleep in. I would imagine that in the summer time, this b&b would be a lovely place to stay with its gardens and outdoor paths near by.

The hotel had a decent location near the city centre, just a short walk from a bus stop or tram station. The room was cozy, but the bathroom was on the small side. The service was good and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. There were some snacks and drinks in the room, and toiletries provided free of charge. The view of the forest surrounding the hotel was pleasant.

The hotel lacked some modern amenities that could have enhanced the guest experience.

Breakfast was very good with a nice choice of fruit, conserves etc.

We had a terrible time trying to find Torpet Mon and eventually realised it was at the back of a car park. It was self book-in and with no one to help us with the luggage or tell us where the tea/coffee making things were. The room was the size of a queen bed with about half a metre of space at the sides and ends. Once the case was on the floor, there was very little space to squeeze round the bed and with no seat, only the bed to sit on. The door to the rest of the house was locked and therefore there was nowhere we could sit.

Very nice and welcoming staff, room is beautiful and comfortable, location is great in the park and 7-10 minutes from downtown Göteborg, breakfast is good and varied.

One bathroom for three bedrooms... but not really a problem.

The hotel's location was perfect, nestled next to a beautiful forest with easy transportation access. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent with homemade bread and fresh eggs from chickens.

No negatives from this hotel, had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it.

Unique, small hotel in old wooden house, with only 4 rooms, located in a small forest close to Gothenburg city center. Very peaceful. Great place to stay. Very friendly staff.
