No complaints whatsoever, the venue met all requests, 100% recommend it. Had 2 nights in Florence, spending my time here lovely. The hotel staff was excellent and very amiable. The location was favourable and incredible, at a moderate distance from an art museum. Further, it was so close to Florence for 1 night, the tourist attractions, and Duomo and other major sights.

It was in the central location near everything in Florence. Had lunch/dinner at Trattoria za Za, which I found not very far from the hotel.

This accommodation is located extremely close to all the main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, TV and DVD player. the bathrooms are clean and feature modern facilities like an adjustable showerhead.
The hotel's customer service is lacking and guests may have problems checking in and receiving assistance during their stay.

The shower was amazing and the facilities were very clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main sights and some great restaurants nearby. Plus, I loved the fact that there was a good coffee place right next door.
I have to admit that the stairs were a bit of a challenge. If you have mobility issues, you might want to think twice.

We stayed at this fantastic hotel in the heart of the city and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and amazing paintings that even impressed our 7-year-old son. The host, Julia, was exceptional in her communication and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and interactive museums that our son thoroughly enjoyed. Plus, if you're back at the hotel by 8pm, you can enjoy live performances nearby from the comfort of your room. It was truly a magical experience.

the communication was amazing from the start. we even got a surprise room upgrade! a beautiful suite with a stunning painted ceiling and a big jacuzzi bath. the perfect touch of luxury on our italian tour. we were allowed an early check-in too! wonderful!
No elevator. all that luggage up four flights of stairs after a 10-hour flight was not fun :(

We were initially worried about the stairs, but the location made up for it. The suite was conveniently situated on a bustling shopping street in the heart of the city. Despite some minor inconveniences, we had a memorable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Tornabuoni La Petite Suite. The location was perfect, placing us in the heart of the city and within easy reach of all the attractions we wanted to see. The decor of the suite was absolutely stunning, with beautiful paintings that even impressed my 7-year-old son. Our host, Julia, was exceptional and provided us with great communication and valuable tips on things to do in the area, including restaurants and interactive museums that our son thoroughly enjoyed. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to enjoy live performances at a nearby attraction from the comfort of our room in the evening. It was a truly magical experience to listen to live opera while gazing down at the breathtaking architecture and intricately painted ceilings.
Nothing at all! 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Tornabuoni. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely shower and bathroom. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of high-end stores and great restaurants. The property is just minutes away from the train station and all the shops. Room service was done daily, and the front desk provided secure luggage storage. The owner, Julia, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. Truly a fantastic experience.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great value, spacious rooms
We were pleasantly surprised with our city break accommodations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around and relax. The shower had good water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and the included breakfast at the nearby cafe. The location was central, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.
The biggest downside of our stay was the number of stairs we had to climb to get to our room. It was quite the workout every time we wanted to leave or return to our room.

I loved how close the hotel was to everything in this city - from the Central station to the famous Uffizi gallery, all the main sites were within walking distance. Staff was also amazing, providing me with all the necessary information, making sure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, this hotel was spotless clean, which definitely added to the overall luxurious feel.
Almost perfect, but the hotel could benefit from an elevator.

The room we booked was incredibly spacious, with a separate sitting area that made it feel even larger. The huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub was a luxurious touch. Plus, the location was absolutely fantastic! Just a couple of blocks away from the main attractions and the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot.
The check-in process was a bit frustrating. We had provided a window of arrival time, but upon reaching the building, we couldn't get in and had to make a phone call in the rain to reach the owner.
