The location is fantastic and the hotel is located on a nice sidestreet close to Dupont Circle.

The location is perfect and this centrally-located hotel is very convenient to many areas in DC.

The location is perfect, the neighbourhood is quiet but the hotel is close to everything.

The metro is a short distance and taxis were always available in the front of the hotel.

The metro station is about two blocks away from the hotel and you can get absolutely anywhere on the metrorail!

My room was surprisingly large, quiet, with an excellent bed, sitting room sofa, chair, desk and chair, TV and separate shower/bathroom.

My room was large (two armchairs, king-size bed, separate office area, separate dressing/make-up room, in addition to an average-sized bathroom).

The room was nice, not bad for a room in DC , clean, good bed, with a small bathroom but with a make-up area outside of the bathroom.

The rooms at the hotel are average size, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room (including the bathroom) were very clean.

I checked in late on Friday night, the reservation was not hold, I booked 2 Q size beds non-smoking room and got a K bed.

We did try the bar/restaurant one night when it was pouring outside and the selection was not very big, but the food was very good.

The bar is loud and full of smoke but you can pass that by--food is not worth ordering even if you want to work in your room at night amd the breakfast is not worth it either.

Although we did not use the hotel food or bar because of lukewarm reviews, the restaurant next door at the Tabard Inn had wonderful food and a surprisingly good and eclectic wine list.

Ecletic room was comfortable, the bar was great and front desk was very helpful guiding us to get to some restaurants.

Comfy bathrobes and the restaurant next door at the Tabard Inn has a wonderful breakfast.

We found it very comfortable, staff very friendly, but had problems with the maid service.

Front desk & staff seem very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

One other warning--if you are the type of traveler who expects a large elegant lobby, fast elevators, and 24x7 bell and conciege services, stay at a Marriott or Hilton instead.

Two small complaints: the carpets were dirty in the elevators, hallways and some of the room, as another traveler noted, and the small (but very cool) hotel bar allows smoking, the lobby can get a bit smoky in the evenings.

Free wireless works great, quick check-in.

Free wireless internet is available but we didn't use it.

The bathroom was spotless, modern and also very elegant.

The room was very spacious and clean and had a very funky look to it.

My room was nice, spacious and clean, complete with Aveda amenities.

Also, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable.

The hotel had a special rate on the internet for $156, and that got us a nice, clean cozy room.
