I required a doctor at 3.00am, the staff were wonderful, the doctor arrived within 3/4 hour.

The hotel has a good/ friendly team on board although they look rather busy with cleaning the living room rather than being enthusiast about the tours in the surroundings. They do not realise that there is (still) something to see in the area and do not motivate themselves to show you this.If you come from abroad and do not speak English you have a problem..The hotel is in general old with old equipments. For instance the douche has traces of porosity and it is clear to see that it had certain age of use.Toillets do not look clean becaue they the utilities are very old. On top if a gast has allergy they wouldl fface problems a there are fungus spread around the bathtube and on the floor close to the toillet sanitair.All together a reason to ay that this is not a 4 star hotel, has furniture of a time of old glory. The service offered in combination with the facilities are by far the ones of a luxus hotel.
