  The location is fabulous, the town of Los Gatos is awesome and and, the L'Occitane bathroom amenities are very good quality. The staff is fantastic, excellent Service w/ Average Room and restaurant is great.

  Great location in los gatos, lovely patio around a fountain and the town is charming and can walk easily to anything you may need. This hotel is beautiful and staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and breakfast at the three degrees is awesome.

  Wonderful town, free parking, walking distance to everything and the location right off the Shopping and resturaunts in los gatos is a big plus. This hotel is amazing, the staff is super friendly and the bed is very, very comfortable. The bar has a good selection of wines and beer.

  Great location and fabulous Stay. Excellent offsite venue and reduced prices during happy hour. The staff were wonderful, room was surprisingly large and luxurious, the food in the restaurant was very good the service was a bit uneven.

  The location is great, as you are right in downtown los gatos, a very quaint and pleasant town, bar is the best thing going at this place, the staff are great, helpful and show care. Free internet access and use of laser printer.

  Friendly staff and a great location, hotel pretty nice. Customer service is wonderful and the best thing about the room is the feather bed.

  I really, really appreciated internet access and use of the business center was free, design of the facility was very good. The staff were absolutely great and the room was very spacious and well furnished. The food was tasty; service was very friendly.

  Excellent hotel and restaurant, the location is handy for eating at Manresa, and we appreciated the spa water in the lobby. The staff is very friendly, suites are magnificent and include a fireplace.

  The rehearsal dinner was held at the hotel in the courtyard was delightful, staff were pleasant and our bed had down pillows and a feathertop mattress, and I slept fantastic. The food was also great.
