Bulldozer and grader working outside our window from early morning was most disturbing and we were not warned. The location of rooms is important for this hotel, as only the front rooms have a view. We were put into a most unsatisfactory back room and one only knows this when one arrives.

Very central hotel with large bright rooms.

Any hotel that finishes breakfast at 9am is running for their own convenience rather than yours. World's smallest bed sheets. Facilities such as sauna all cost extra.

The hotel gave us a large room and great food throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the resort and close to all the ski slopes. The staff were attentive and welcoming.

Our New Year's Eve dance party was much less than we expected. The DJ did not play the music we wanted, and the champagne was poor quality.

Spent my Xmas holidays in a cozy hotel in the heart of the beautiful High Tatras. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the train station and a short walk from the enchanting mountain lake. I enjoyed having a supermarket right in the hotel and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. To make it even better, the wellness center inside the hotel was the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing or hiking.

The inconsistent heating in the room which could sometimes be a bit chilly. The other letdown was the limited dinner menu for half-board guests that relied heavily on ordering from the menu instead of allowing guests to choose their own food from the buffet.
