The hotel offers variety of food that was tasty. Our property is set in a central location next to the train station and one of the bus stations in Niigata, local restaurants, and food selection.

We were offered a generally comfortable and fairly quiet room with exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfasts with so many options to satisfy all dietary preferences.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

It was a perfect stay, the best I had before now. The hotel was fairly clean with a modern design. The breakfast was very very good, they serve good food. Favourable location close enough to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and other leisure places, the bus terminal, and more, I felt safe.

The location is convenient, just across the train station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room is slightly larger than typical Japanese hotels and the temperature is comfortable. The price is surprisingly affordable. English translations are provided for easy communication.

Great location, just across from the train station, with plenty of food options and a convenience store nearby. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you need. We were impressed with the helpful and supportive staff, who went above and beyond to assist us during a health issue. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

The room was good-sized and quiet with kettle, a fridge plus 4 beds for 4 guests, the check-in was easy. The staff seemed very friendly. The location was comfy for walking around Cocolo Niigata.

We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Global View Niigata. The hotel is located in a convenient shopping area, making it easy to explore the nearby shops and attractions. The Niigata Science Museum was just a short 15-minute drive away, adding to the convenience of the location. One of the highlights of our stay was the private bathroom in our room, which provided us with added comfort and convenience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals prepared by the talented chef. we had a great experience at Hotel Global View Niigata.

The venue is beautiful and wonderful with fantastic staff. The rooms are generally comfortable and cool and have lovely views. The breakfast itself is good and the food is fresh. The location is marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from Pier Bandai Market. Every time we stay in Niigata, like to stay here.
