Great Choice! I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Matsumoto. The location couldn't have been better, as it was just a few minutes' walk from the train station and right next to the convenient 7&i department store. I also liked that the hotel provided free bike rentals, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. The bathroom amenities were of good quality and the vending machines on the 8th floor offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were comfortable, with individual beds and attention to detail. The hotel offered great value for money, with breakfast included in the price. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Matsumoto.

This quite big western style hotel really paid off. After arrival the staff upgraded our room for free. Pure cleanliness is obvious like in any place in Japan I have vidsited. It is about 15 minutes walk from Matsumoto castle and only a few minutes walk from Matsumoto train station. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Matsumoto. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and great attention to detail. The hotel's location was perfect, just across from the railway station and next to the 7&i department store. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with individual beds. Plus, breakfast was included! One detail that stood out to me was the hotel's dedication to providing basic amenities and ensuring a comfortable stay for guests, like the washing machine for ladies mentioned in a previous review.

Tiny room, unconfortable bed-pillow

Great location near the train station, making it convenient for transportation. The staff was helpful and professional, providing good customer service.- The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of electrical outlets and individual control for the air conditioning.

The room was quite small, making it difficult to fit a suitcase. The bathroom was not well-designed, giving it an unappealing feel.

Location - we arrived on the bus and only had to walk over the road to the hotel. Close to train station and food shops. An easy 10min walk to the Matsumoto Castle. The room was simple but clean and tidy. The staff spoke excellent english.

We stayed here for a few days, to discover the city and the surrounding mountains. It's a 5 min. walk from the train station and the bus terminal, and on walking distance of restaurants, bars, sightseeingspots etc. As usual in Japan the room wasn't too big, but it suited for what we needed it for. All equipment was there (even a refill of coffee/tea every day), airco was silent, the staff was always helpful, breakfast offered plenty of choice.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Matsumoto and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room was really comfortable and spacious, offering great value for the price. The hotel's modern design added to its appeal, and the service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with their English-speaking abilities, as it made communication a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being right next to the bus interchange and just a short walk from the JR train station. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.

Stayed over night at Matsumoto Tokyu Inn to visit the Matsumoto castle. This is our first trip to Japan and we were concerned that we would get lost. However, the hotel is right across from the train station and easy to locate. (If you need help, there is a information center in the train station). Tokyu Inn is close to restaurants and shopping and about a 10 minute walk to the Castle. Friendly staff, nice soft beds and very clean rooms. Loved it!!! Great value..

Staff is great friendly and helpfule, well in English. Free wifi around the hotel. Rooms are small but clean. The hotet is closed to Matsumoto station.

Great location near the train station and easy access to sightseeing spots. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough for a city break. , the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room was really small and there was no space to move around. The bathroom was cramped and the shower was not comfortable to use.

The location plus they had free wi-fi.

The display pillows seems dusty as i had rashes after hugging it for one night.
