The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, at a short distance from a traditional shrine.

Clean, brand-new hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed well-organised and good sized rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. Booked a room with magnificent views of the mountains. The breakfast was enjoyable, the check in was early. I could park the car on site. The venue was in a particularly good and perfect location next to lakes and mountains.

The place is silent and clean, everything is nice, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff are very helpful and excellent co-operating. Its location is exceptionally nice, so close to Close to shops, a hike, and the bus terminus and the railway station, very nice area...

Compact and brand-new units with total value as well as a great view over to the hills beyond. Good and ideal location, 10 minutes' walk to a shopping street. Set next to a museum and a castle.

The stuff members where all very friendly and attentive. The location of this extremely convenient and great modern hotel was magnificent, close to main food places. It was also close enough to many great restaurants and local attractions, Castle, Matsumoto Art Museum, and others shopping area and bus station and train station😃

The rooms were tastefully decorated and large here with floors below, a great view over to the hills beyond. An electric kettle and a fridge were a plus. Location: the hotel was not far from Bus terminal for Matsumoto Castle for 1-min, Matsumoto Castle and Nawate Street and the major train station and bus terminal.

This is surely the best brand-new hotel, supper friendly staff, brand-new rooms. Property's breakfast is enjoyable and marvellous with Western food and the beautiful view and interesting local products. Very central location near Also close to the main activities like the castle as well as buses & cafes, and bars and cafés are next to the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, right across the Matsumoto train station, making it convenient for travelers. The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant comes with a very cute view over mountains, adding to the overall dining experience.

Rather small room, smell of smoking

Was very close to the station and easy to find. The internet was wired in each room and laptops could be hired, though we had our own. The internet was very fast and only needed to be plugged in.

The room and bed were quiet small but it was ok for the one night that we stayed there.
