I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help me with directions around the city. The breakfast was really enjoyable, with a variety of options to cater to every guest's needs. The cleanliness of this hotel was impressive, and it had excellent facilities, including an onsen that was relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Additionally, the parking and transportation were convenient for my travels.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great time enjoying the onsen and the stunning views from my room. The staff was friendly, and I received warm hospitality that made me feel very welcome, which was an added advantage. I was pleased with the variety of food options available at the hotel's restaurant and the quality of the breakfast offered.
The location was also a bit out of the way, which made it difficult to explore the area. while the beds were comfortable, the rooms could have been cleaner and updated.

The onsen was the best part of my stay. I enjoyed soaking while looking at the beautiful views surrounding the hotel. the bed was surprisingly comfortable and provided me with a good night's sleep. The location was convenient for me as it was close to my business meeting.
I cannot recommend this hotel due to the many negative aspects of my stay. Neither dinner nor breakfast were worth it, and the quality was extremely poor.

The location of this budget hotel is convenient for those looking for a stay closer to local hot springs. Rooms are comfortable with old but functional beds. Bathrooms may be old but maintained well, and the onsen facility is commendable. Breakfast and dinner were included in the package but, as per some guests, the quality wasn't up to mark.
The service could use some improvement.
