  The location of the resort is just perfect since is near to the beach, the facilities are very clean I would most deffinetly visit and use the hotel service again soon, all the staff are really friendly. The rooms are nice also and the food is good. The swimming pools are great and are 24 hours.

  Good location, clean hotel and price was great for all this. The staff were friendly and every shower was hot. The restaurant at toby's greatly exceeded our expectations, and the service was excellent, the pool was well looked after.

  Our room was on the street side and not that much noise, the bar was small and quiet.

  Good location, great Value and well worth the money. The staff is extremely nice, rooms are clean and the beds comfy, gonzos restaurant is also on the grounds and the food is fabulous.

  At c us $50 per room is not badly priced for the mobay area, the beach is 7 miles long and most of the hotels are right on the beach, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hot water takes about 45 mins to get hot, the food in the restaurant is good for the price.

  The staff were very nice, the rooms were clean and the location was convenient, the price was perfect for the budget traveler, at the front desk was abundantly helpful in helping us settle in. Beds were very comfortable, the food at the restaurant was pretty good as well and pool was nice, quiet, comfy loungers.

  Overall excellent value for money, very friendly staff and helpfull receptionist. Theres nothing there worth seeing, big rooms and clean sheets towels. Just soap, restaurant not bad and the omelets were very good.

  Best budget hotel in mo bay and helpful staff. Hot water at all times and clean towels. To restaurants as well and nice budet choice. Very knowledgeable and friendly local.

  I stay at this hotel every year and think its great, the staff is happy and friendly is stuck out in my mind. The rooms should be updated, very good meal except the chowder.
