The location next to the river and in pristine forests added to the serene and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The transportation to this city was convenient and the views of the waterfall were breathtaking.

Had a great Christmas experience at a traditional Japanese inn in the mountains. Loved the amazing Japanese cuisine with fresh ingredients. The onsen facilities were amazing and clean with beautiful views of the surrounding nature. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the feeling of getting away from the busy city.

The room smelled musty and needed updating. The bed could have been more comfortable.

Food was great, atmosphere like a French restaurant, impeccable service, accommodating to dietary restrictions, large comfortable room with forest view.
