We definitely coming here again, loved its excellant location. The hotel provides an excellent service.

The room is a nice size and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast is rich and lovely, offered with Japanese food and also several different cuisines.

Spacious room with magnificent ocean view, superb dinner at Mondo Misaki Restaurant, breathtaking fireworks display, beautiful and tranquil atmosphere, efficient service.

The ocean-facing suite with large glass windows and a telescope was fantastic. The French restaurant served good vegetarian and vegan food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely amazing. I could see the harbor and the mountains in the background, and the ocean breeze coming through the windows was refreshing. The room itself was large and well-maintained, with a huge window that provided an unobstructed view. The beds were positioned perfectly to enjoy the harbor view. The cleanliness of both the bedroom and bathroom was impeccable. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus service, which was very convenient for getting to the train station or bus station. The breakfast restaurant had a variety of delicious food options and a great view of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their English proficiency was excellent.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights on a leisure trip. Our suite had a fantastic ocean view with big wide glass windows and a telescope. The room was modern and clean, and the French restaurant served delicious food. The hotel provided a shuttle bus that was very convenient, and we enjoyed the sparkling "Pearl Aurora Bath" as part of their winter special. The breakfast restaurant had a great variety of food and a beautiful sea view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even brought us to the station. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The shuttle service to the bus station or train station is reliable. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with great views of the surroundings. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.

The restaurants at the hotel are dramatically overpriced.

Overall had AMAZING stay with gracious service and efficient service. Location: the hotel was close enough to a more reasonable restaurant, taxis and the train station. Local fast food option Marchentoba was 10 minutes walk away.
