Near metro and good location of hotel - to airport.
Moreover nice size rooms and the breakfast is excellent.
To argue about star ratings is pointless as depends on scale you use and internet access in free in the lobby.

Good restaurant and nice pool.

The hotel car park is extremely difficult to negotiate and is expensive at 12 euros a day, room corridor parquetry floor noisy very annoying.

Clean , smart , great location and views were outstanding, including the parkingfee and the rich breakfast included was a very pleasant stay. Staff were courteous and the bathroom was large and well supplied. Restaurant and bar was also excellent.

Our room was very comfortable, very quiet, and had great views, our stay at the hotel over the new year was a good one.

Position for the trains,buses,shopping centre and in particular the atlantic pavillion is perfect, the hotel is in an excellent location in the new area of Lisbon. In the bathroom you also have a great variety of amenities.

Reception were very efficient and organised a taxi to the airport within a few minutes, the staff at the hotel were welcoming and the room was pleasant.

Service from front desk was not great and breakfast buffet was not good.
