It has marvellous and quiet location right at the centre of the village, in a very quiet area. Also, Playa de Amio is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

I recently stayed at a delightful hotel in a quiet village close to the sea. The modern design of the hotel was impressive, and I couldn't believe it had been around for over ten years. The public areas were light and airy, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious and even had kitchenette facilities, providing added convenience. The secure parking in the basement garage was a nice bonus. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, being within easy reach of Santander and offering beautiful beaches nearby.

the breakfast was delicious and satisfactory for all tastes and had a wide array of food. i’d say that room was cosy, it had a fridge and an electric hob, that's handy. the setting of hotel was super, to the beautiful surrounding villages. the place was right by la cambera, where you can have dinner.
Some people working there were poor.

Location so close to Santillana del Mar, cliffs, and unspoilt beaches and coves. Free of charge and abundant breakfast for all tastes and with good food available.

A stylish and modern hotel with a lovely terrace for sipping drinks and a restaurant serving delicious regional cuisine. The staff were incredibly helpful and the range of amenities provided made my stay truly enjoyable.
Oh, just loved everything, but if I had to nitpick, I would say the variety of gins in the bar was almost overwhelming!

The rooms were immaculate and quiet, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that all of my needs were met. This place is great for leisurely walks as there is not much traffic and the air is beautifully fresh. The hotel offered great amenities such as room service, bicycle hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The dining experience was excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area on-site. We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location here is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from the Santander ferry and situated in a charming seaside village. The complex itself is beautiful, comprising of expensive properties perched on the coastal cliff-tops of Cantabria. The staff here are simply perfect, always friendly, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile. They even arranged for a local bar to show a crucial Euros match that we wanted to watch. The facilities are top-notch, with amenities such as room service, bicycle hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, featuring heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and we loved being able to explore the surrounding hiking and cycling trails. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.

Tinas De was worth every penny! The room was perfect, with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities we needed. The location was breathtaking, with amazing views. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We can't wait to come back!
As for the breakfast option, it could have offered more variety.

The hotel apartment was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The buffet breakfast had many options including freshly baked pastries and good coffee. the hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to the beach and with plenty of free parking available.
The hotel lacked English-speaking staff and Spanish was the only language spoken, which made communication difficult at times. The room was also quite warm despite the air conditioning, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The value for money at Tinas De was excellent, with comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel's convenient location near Santander ferry made our stay hassle-free. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the on-site restaurant was outstanding. The beach, just a short walk away, offered a unique experience with its double beach and breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset.
The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Spent Xmas in a delightful village with perfect weather and fantastic scenery! The spacious apartment had modern decor and all necessary cooking utensils. Staff was friendly and able to offer suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. The location was ideal, just a short drive to stunning beaches, or if you prefer hiking, the hotel provided free bikes! The underground garage was a plus, especially in the rainy season.
The directions to find the hotel seemed vague and difficult to locate, especially after dark. the room could have been better insulated as the cool breeze from the sea made it a bit chilly inside.

Nestled in a traditional Cantabrian village, this hotel’s location is perfect for those who seek peace and quiet. It is situated within walking distance of a beautiful beach with clean and calm waters and surrounded by small bars and restaurants. The rooms are airy, modern, and come with well-stocked kitchenettes. The staff is accommodating and goes out of their way to assist you. The breakfast options are excellent, and bicycles are also available for rent.
Though the outdoor lounge area is perfect for relaxing, the constant music can be a bit bothersome for those who prefer some peace and quiet.
