Ideal hotel, practical rooms, above average breakfast, consistently courteous staff. Extremely comfy beds and central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. The palm trees view from the window was amazing. Nice overall experience.

My stay here was really enjoyable. The hotel was romantic and clean, beautifully maintained and well-appointed rooms. The location was magnificent as for me, adjacent to desert 2 hrs travel from AUH, the restaurant, and store. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the property. The room with balcony.

Really enjoyed Madinat Zayed, the hotel was good small and wonderful relaxing in a nutshell everything was awesome. They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with good amenities, the bedroom, dune view and that was essential. Had refreshing drinks in the poolside bar in the evening.

We had an amazing time at this desert retreat. The value for money was excellent and our room was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect, with a pool overlooking the desert and lots of activities for the kids. The staff treated us with great hospitality, making my wife's birthday celebration extra special. They took care of everything, from room decorations to arranging a private BBQ in the desert. Subash was particularly helpful. We will definitely visit again.

I recently had a stay at a desert resort and it was a great experience. The location was mesmerizing, surrounded by sand dunes and offering a classic Arabian ambiance. The hotel's architecture resembled a fort and provided a unique atmosphere. I enjoyed waking up to a view of the desert and even saw a camel just outside my room, which added to the charm. The staff were friendly and helpful, with Cherry welcoming us with a warm smile and Mohammed assisting us with our bags. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. The half-board option with breakfast and dinner was satisfying, with delicious and well-prepared meals. The buffet had a variety of dishes, showcasing the culinary skills of the kitchen staff. my 4-night stay was filled with tranquility and respite from my hectic work schedule.

There were a few drawbacks to note. The service was below expectations, with complications during check-in and delays in fulfilling requests.
