The hotel provided reasonable prices. I was happy with venue's quiet location in a decent part of town. The staff were very amiable and excellent in case of questions. Had good sleep at the queen room with a good bed.

Here I spent 1 night and loved being in this place. Came in Medford to relax and have fun, this good budget hotel was comfortable base for doing it. The employees were efficient. The room with a good bed.

Friendly owners, clean room, everything worked, found my lost item, impressed by cleanliness and amenities, good bed and in-room coffee, spacious fridge, ample room for belongings, excellent lighting, quality soap and shampoo.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. I requested for hairdryer and the owner lent me onw. They are trying very best to upkeep the building. We got hot shower, fridge and microwave. A good night sleep, nice.

The stay was very pleasant. The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying an extra comfy area, not far from dining options as well as the center of activities. The location was quiet, close to Rack Em. Booked a room with a good bed.

I had a great stay at a budget motel in central Medford that was clean and convenient. The room was immaculate and the bed was quite comfortable. The motel is in a nice location and the continental breakfast provided was small but very good. The lady manager was also very helpful when I had a little trouble with my car. I had an excellent experience and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The Tiki Lodge was dirty and outdated. Would have left but could not cancel within 24 hours and still get refund which is bullshit because we came in from out of town and dodnt realize how bad it was until we got there.

My room was spotless and the appliances (refrigerator, microwave, tv) were in good repair. The wifi service was a good strong signal. The property was quiet. My room was nonsmoking and did not have any leftover smoke smell from anyone who may not have followed the rules.

The older gentleman (the owner?) was a bit gruff and tried to make me go away when I just walked in to try and reserve a room in person. After that, I went online.
