I recently stayed at Tierra Gaucha Hostel Boutique for a few days and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were cosy and had a beautiful lake view. The bathrooms were clean and there was a daily cleaning service. The location was perfect for relaxation after a day of trekking, and it was conveniently situated next to a spot that served delicious fresh empanadas. The breakfast was nice and the social area was bright and spacious. it was a good value for the price.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The rooms were comfortable and provided a good night's rest after a long day of exploring.
The dorm rooms were cramped and felt quite small, making it difficult to move around freely. The temperature in both the dorm rooms and common areas was quite cold, which made it uncomfortable to relax and socialize.

The location of the hostel is great, as it is close to the beautiful lake and just a short walk from the center. There are also two big supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Some rooms have a nice view of the surroundings, and the beds are fairly comfortable.
The kitchen is way too small, making it difficult to cook.

I chose this hotel for attending a session and it was perfectly located for both business and leisure. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. it provided a comfortable and convenient experience for my stay.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or business center. It would have been helpful to have a designated area where I could work and hold meetings.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our romantic escape. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions in the area. We also enjoyed the decent breakfast provided, which gave us a good start to our day of exploring.
The inability to book extra nights in person, making it a bit inconvenient. the heating system was on during the summer, causing discomfort and making it difficult to sleep.

Amazing view of the lake and snowy mountains from the window. Free breakfast with a variety of options, including cereals, yogurt, croissants, and more.- Conveniently located in a key location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Inconsistent temperature control in the rooms, sometimes being too hot and uncomfortable at night. Issues with the showers, including a small heater causing some rooms to have no hot water.

The staff is great! Zahira helped us with many tips and was very kind. She booked all of the taxis we needed and always welcomed us with a big smile! The breakfast was really good and there are media lunas to enjoy any time of the day.
Felt just like being at home, no complaints.

The decor of the hostel had a charming and cozy feel, reminiscent of a countryside cottage. The general areas were well-maintained and comfortable, making it easy for senior guests to relax and socialize. , the hostel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, ensured a safe and convenient stay for older individuals.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in terms of organizing activities suitable for seniors.
