  The location of the room and the view was great, service was good and the hotel was mostly clean, the rooftop pool was nice and and quiet.

  The front desk staff said that the ice machine was broken, internet was super slow.

  The room was beautiful, view was wonderful, the front desk staff were great.

  This place was filthy dirty and smelled awful, the beds were old and in very much in need of changing.

  The pool area was very clean and we saw someone everyday cleaning the pool out and checking, our stay at the Tidelands Caribbean was wonderful. The room was great.

  Not a bad place and reasonable priced room. Very clean kitchen and just the sheet and bedspread. Great iced coffees, donuts, and bagels.

  The location was great and our stay was wonderful. For the price we paid i would expect more and the front desk people were nice and pleasant. Our room was beautiful and pool bar was okay, ate there once, just ok. The elevators were clean as were the halls, the towels and washcloths were gross as well.

  The location was fabulous, the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were clean and elegant, the staff at the front desk were all very nice and helpful. The pool bar/grill was great, no fitted sheet, just flat ones, and you woke up on the matress.

  The toilet was obvioiusly not cleaned at all, remote for TV had no back cover and the clock radio was broke.

  Great view from the balcony and awesome wonderful hotel. Just returned home from Ocean City, exterior in better shape than Interior and the room was clean is the most important thing for me. Our refrigerator would not keep anything even cool.

  Beer bottles dirty body waste everywhere and upper pool gate broken entirely.

  Tidelands definatley one of the better stays in Ocean City and we may stay there again just for the location. Customer service was fantastic, in room safe was very handy and the staff were friendly the pool bar was nice.

  Great location on Boardwalk nice rooms and decent place to stay. The staff were very courteous and very helpful, the bed was soft and the sheets were clean.

  We booked an Ocean front room and the view was beautiful, hotel staff were nice, the bathroom seemed clean enough and you did get a iron and hair dryer.
