This hotel was a luxurious experience that met all of my exclusive amenities needs. The Spa & wellness centre was the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. The full body massage was exceptional and left me feeling rejuvenated. The hotel's beautiful garden area was a peaceful oasis in the midst of the bustling city. The restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus that fulfilled all my dietary needs. The private facilities, including the treatment room and leisure/TV room, were top-notch and added to the exclusivity of the venue.

The only minor issue I had was with the noise level in the morning. I was woken up early by construction noise, which disturbed my rest.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to all tourist attractions in the city by metro or taxi. Even though it's in a very busy area, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The Chinese restaurant and breakfast options were well-liked by guests and the beds were comfortable.

Communication might be a challenge for English speakers, as not all staff members can speak adequate English.

The hotel had some negative aspects. The room was quite dark due to low ceilings, and the staff did not arrange early access to the exercise room, which made it difficult to use when going out on early tours.

Great value for money! The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was well laid out with a good choice for all palates. The authentic touches throughout the hotel were nice too. Location-wise, it was in a good area close to the sites we wanted to visit.

The service was poor and hit or miss. The staff at reception seemed disinterested and were happy to chat amongst themselves instead of providing a service.

The hotel had a unique Tibetan theme that gave it character. The staff were very polite and went out of their way to assist me. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with a stylish decor. Its location was very convenient, being only a few minutes walk to the subway.
