Located close to the sand and surf, the hotel has great access to the beach and is near the city center of the area, offering easy opportunities to explore different local attractions. The guest rooms are well maintained, equipped with basic amenities and have a peaceful view of the outdoors. The breakfast spread is varied, with plenty of options to enjoy, especially the freshly squeezed juices.
The customer service can be quite unfriendly and not always welcoming to guests, taking away from the overall experience.

Great views and peaceful environment. We saw monkeys and lots of birds. Breakfast had a good selection, but you need to order and it takes some time to prepare. The hotel is near some good beaches and a lively area with plenty of restaurants. The pool was clean and inviting.
Our romantic escape was not ideal due to issues with the room. It was too bright, with no adequate curtains.

The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was near Pipa center and easy to reach the beach. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel facilities were clean and it had a good parking area. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of foods to choose from.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beautiful beaches and the vibrant center of Pipa. The staff were extremely friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the Lagoon. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with its wide variety of options. The hotel also provided convenient amenities such as room service and car hire. Nice little cabin. Nice pool with pool bar. Beautiful garden. Excellent view of the Lagoon. Friendly staff. Great variety of breakfast options. Clean and inviting pool. Daily room cleaning with fresh towels.

The pool is the highlight of this place, big and refreshing. The landscaping is well maintained and adds to the tropical ambience. The cozy cabins are cute and clean.
The staff is unhelpful, unfriendly, and their service is nonexistent. They don't speak English and do not explain the hotel's facilities.
