  In a central location, as I stayed in a garden room I was able to park directly outside the room - very handy and was only staying one night the hotel receptionist was very helpful. In addition services were well organised, bed was not at all comfortable and bar was warm and friendly. Restaurant were also good.

  You can take a nice walk along the river to the city centre instead of meeting the traffic can be chaotic at times and hotel has all the attributes of a good quality hotel chain even privately owned. Pleasant staff all in all I think should be 5 star, easy access to Motel-like room - parking right outside and the breakfast is adequate.

  Well presented in a quiet location, good value and reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful, room was excellent and breakfast was cooked to order. Facilities were clean.

  Pillows was very poor and the choice of sweets were not great either.

  A short taxi ride into the city centre and the main hotel part of the building may have better rooms. Restaurant staff are efficient.

  Reception area was smart, the hotel was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Garden rooms were fantastic and comfortable and the breakfast was served early enough to enable me to reach the Cathedral to rehearse. The wine list was good.

  Very good value and polite staff. A comfortable garden room, the breakfast selection was excellent and the receptionist was extremely helpful.

  Nice comfortable hotel, friendly staff and excellent receptionist. Furthermore good powerful shower, restaurant fine in appearance and interesting wine. The usual facilities.
