I came to Franschhoek for one night - everything was beautiful. Everyone was super friendly and the room was well-appointed and good-sized. The location was brilliant and exceptional, really close to the main restaurant, magnificent mountains with beautiful views of Sunrise, and the city center and peaceful and quiet Place. I ate in the casual restaurant nearby. Outdoor bar was there. I did not want to leave there, so would recommend this hotel.

Clean place in Spanish style with all necessary facilities. Stunning and breathtaking setting and bars and restaurants very close to the hotel. Decent base for exploring Franschhoek.

The location was gorgeous - just off the restaurant which was completely booked out, lush gardens, and the other facilities. Also, there was Wine Estate, set within 15 minutes drive.

The location of the hotel was stunning, by how great everything was. What's more, it was close to magnificent mountains, the staff in the restaurant who had the most amazing people skills and shops.

The room was reasonably large, included electric blankets, hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. This was a great and stunning location just off the next door restaurant, Franschhoek and the other facilities such as spa and sauna.

Had a nice stay because of the winter time. The unit we got was stylish and large with lovely views, a patio, for instance.
Facilities were brilliant, but Wi-Fi was bad.

The deluxe king room I was given was complete with king size bed downstairs, the garden plus all equipments. Particularly good and gorgeous location by magnificent mountains with beautiful views of Sunrise & Sunsets, exceeded all expectations. There was an outdoor bar. I think the hotel was simply stunning and exceptional, will be back.

I had a wonderful stay surrounded by the most beautiful mountains. The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to create a pleasant experience and accommodate every request. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry available. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation and the spa treatments were amazing, especially the full body massage. The gardens were incredible and the perfect place for a morning walk.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay surrounded by nature.

The Spa did not use the full time allotted for my treatment. The girl doing the treatment used at least 10min of time trying to sell her products.
