Cheap accomodtion in a centre location, nice hotel and a good price for Oslo.
Just a few minutes to the train station, comfortable and nearby, the location is perfect for shopping/sightseeing.
The location is fine, close to central station and hope our next stay in approx 1 week will also be excellent.
The location was easily accessible to public transportation and the hotel room was very clean.
The Terminus is conveniently located near the central station (Oslo S) , so its very useful if you're coming by the airport bus/train into the city or leaving by train soon after (the popular Norway in a Nutshell trip perhaps, to Bergen).
Don't book the organised trip as you can do it yourself on the underground.
Our room was on the top floor and it was pretty small, the double bed was amazingly comfy, there was a desk and chair, television, mini bar, small sofa and 2 ceiling windows with blackout blinds.
The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but the rooms were spacious and provided all the necessary accommodations.
Off this room were the bedroom and bathroom.
The bedroom was tiny with only a double bed in it.
The bed in the room was approx 4 feet from the ceiling and had to climb stars to get into it and clamber into it from the foot of the bed there was no space around it.
Breakfast was included in the price and was the standard continental sort (fantastic scrambled eggs!
Towels are changed every day as are the complimentary toiletries, breakfast buffet is awesome.
Try the Kebabs at the restaurants next to the hotel!
The hotel has a breakfast buffet and free Coffee in the lobby.
The staff is friendly and efficient, there's free internet access in the lobby and breakfasts had a reasonable spread.
The free coffee in the lobby, helpful reception staff and furniture in the rooms badly stained.
Check in was quick and easy with a very friendly receptionist.
I have to say I totaly recomend this hotel, its reasonably priced, clean, the staff are great at helping you with anything, and its in a perfectly safe neighbourhood.
Not too bad a price, free Coffee in the lobby and the extremely friendly attitude of the staff.
In the lobby there is internet access, a sofa and a FREE coffee machine!
Location was perfect, the hotel was very dusty and dirty, the lobby was bright and cool and inviting.
Near the train terminal and parking possible in parkinghouse on the other side of the street.
The staff at the Thon Terminus was one of the most hospitable and the whole room was very clean.
