Enjoyed the wonderful fruit tray and the helpful staff who provided a fan to make the hot room cooler. The location was perfect for a New Year's Eve celebration - close to all the festivities and easy to walk around to explore the town. the view from the room was exceptional.

The room was outdated and in need of renovation. It was difficult to sleep due to the heat, and there was no air conditioning.

Although I paid in advance, I should pay again. It took some convincing before the lady finally checked her system. With an outside temperature of 30 degrees, sleeping becomes a problem. The rooms are very hot. Opening windows doesn't make much sense. An ascending road goes past the hotel. Loud motorbikes accelerate here until late at night and the first city buses leave at 6 in the morning. You can hear that even with the windows closed.

This hotel is located in a central area close to everything. A pizza restaurant and a shopping center are within walking distance. Guests can enjoy a lovely boat ride on the Telemark canal. The hotel also provides excellent breakfast with gluten-free options.

Some guests may find the facilities too old.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a prime location. The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, right across from the picturesque Telemark canal.
