Exceptionally nice location to Brussels National airport and easy access to the Christmas market and a market. And a few steps away from Theatre Residence-Palace. Hard-working staff, fashionable classic queen room. Comfortable bed, a private safe, an iron/ironing board, and a work desk.

The breakfast was fantastic with a large quality, oranges, from colds, and the team was accommodating and kept the space fairly clean. The location was great to international bus station, next to a tube station.

A classic king room with much attention to details has basic facilities you need.

The location was particularly good - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. We ordered lunch at Tasty Espace Gourmand, located a couple of blocks away from the venue.

Shame the bathroom was not very clean.

Stayed for 1 night in this modern place, liked that. It had a family atmosphere and the location was amazing. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Attica that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The units were brand-new and the staff were very very helpful people in the reception desk.

The location was amazing, so close to European Council. Located in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were patient.

We had the classic double room and it was soundproof. The breakfast was incredible and super for all taste, loved it. The staff were incredibly nice at this place.

Had very nice stay for a business trip and the weather was wonderful. Family queen room was normal double and brand-new with much attention to details. Could use coffee/tea making machines, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was particularly good, near to metro and bus stations, the airport and Gare Centrale, and Brussels on those days and easily accessible. Restaurant Cafe Europa located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Nicely decorated and clean hotel, the staff who served us were patient, and it had marvellous location very close to the EU Commission.

Clean hotel with an impressive design and beautiful views, it has a favourable location so close to the centre of the EU quarter in Brussels and the business area, close to the European Commission and park du Cinquantenaire and the metro station close to the centre of Brussels. The staff was helpful, nothing was to much trouble, they were happy to help. Thoroughly enjoyed our really nice stay for a business trip.

Although the breakfast itself was modern and delicious, it should have been was no included.

Spacious, modern room with excellent amenities including coffee machine, air conditioning, and good TV. Professional and helpful staff. Convenient location near Maelbeck metro station. Free wifi and access to a PC with printer.
