  Just dont stay here and excellent service. Pool and comfy room, the Staff were extremely helpful in advising the best restaurants in St, the facilities for business were quite good.

  Great value sunday carvery, staff very helpful and well appointed, clean, quiet executve rooms. Good coffee in the morning, nice gardens.

  The hotel is located a few minutes' drive from the m25 and has a large free car park, the staff are quite friendly and helpful. The rooms need a good clean.

  A good quality hotel in a good location, reception staff helpful and the bed was small and umcomfortable in the room, and was boiling hot in the room aswell. The food was excellent.

  The hotel looks great from the outside and staff helpful. Comfortable well appointed room, excellent food and we liked the swimming pool facility.

  Room at the back of hotel to take my dog out for walks and breakfast seemed to be dedicated to training staff to use the tills.

  Nice convenient comfortable clean hotel, helpful staff and the service was good, food was good and our room was lovely. Breakfast was billed as traditional English.

  A terrible disappointment as from the outside the hotel looks lovely, staff attentive and on the up side, the rooms were very comfortable and of a good standard. The vegetables were like bullets and the yorkshire's were very dry.

  Excellent, enjoyable stay at the thistle and staff were friendly. The bed was also not the most comfortable i sat in and breakfast was very good.

  The communal areas of the hotel and leisure facilities were all good, the staff were fantastic, the room was perfectly adequate, very clean and well maintained. The ' salmon' dish was particularly amusing.

  Staff very helpful, good room service and very nice ambience in the Restaurant and the Bar. Great facilities.

  The staff were smart, polite and helpful, the Burston Suite was ideal and met our needs fabulously. The food was very good.
