  The Straits view was great and the food at the hotel was good. The price was reasonable and the service of the concierge was excellent being the NYE. The deluxe room was superb, a guy seemed to be the restaurant/bar manager was very helpful and the pool was rather rather nice.

  Taxi easily accessible due to efficient concierge, the car park was bright and our room had beautiful view overlooking the sea. Made the stay a wonderful experience and rates were not fantastic. The service staff was friendly, we insist on a clean bathroom since my partner had a wound infection on his hand at the time and there was a not too bad gym.

  Glasses in the mini-bar were dusty and plus the breakfast selection was just average.

  Location is good and the rate is just nice at high side as the decor not really business luxury. Quite comfortable feel like home and staffs are really friendly. The most important is the room and great Ramadhan buffet at The Glass.

  Therefore I had to use the expensive wireless internet in the lobby, the toilet flushing system is too loud and the Swimming pool is not suitable for children below 3 years old.

  Fantastic location, nice & comfortable place and suggest you add more potted plants at lobby. Front desk service is good, rooms are large and we do not have the luxury of time to try the food.

  Good sea view of the room and modern minimalist design. Nice building, friendly staffs and lots of water features give a spacious.

  Should give some kind of priviledge to have been there such as special rate and breakfast could have been better spread.

  The pool area is neat, the hotel is really nice in terms of services and the reception didnt know i have been there before. The bed is so comfortable.

  The shuttle service to City Square and overall the place is very clean and nice. Staff are polite and the room is comfortable.

  Provides a good view of the straits and we liked the decor of the suite. Very modern interior, the friendly staffs and thankfully the management succinctly upgrade us to a deluxe room we have to move several times before actually finding a clean room. The swimming pool is nice.

  Big bed n beautiful view, good value and reception satff were pleasant. Well refurbished rooms.
